When we designed our Gillana cardigan, we were looking for the perfect cardigan to wear to work, as well as during a cocooning day (or telecommuting!) at home. We wanted a cardigan that was as soft as it was warm and as comfortable as it was beautiful: that's what we got with Gillana: our alpaca and wool blend cardigan with its wide V-neck and loose fit.
+Fit and sizing
Our Gillana cardigan has an oversized cut and a slightly longer length to keep you warm all winter. It has two patch pockets on the front and pretty buttons in corozo (a natural material). We advise you to take your usual size if you want to keep its loose side. If however you prefer to wear it a little more fitted, do not hesitate to take a size below your usual size.

+Manufacturing
Our Gillana cardigan has been entirely designed in our botanical HQ in Brittany and knitted by our partner factory. Our workshops have all been audited by independent bodies and we regularly check the good working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.
32% alpaca, 32% wool, 30% polyamide and 6% elastane
Hand wash or machine wash: hand wash cycle/wool cycle, cold water, with a soft laundry detergent, minimum spin (600) or none, dry flat.
Material & care
Gillana has been knitted in a soft blend of alpaca and wool, which gives it outstanding thermal properties. The alpaca gives it softness so that the wool doesn't scratch you: warm AND comfortable! Gillana can be washed gently by hand in cold water or machine washed on a hand/wool program, cold, with a mild detergent such as Mir Laine and a minimum spin cycle (600). Then it can be dried flat to prevent the knitwear from deforming.
