The Mont Saint Michel is, before being a century-old brand, a monument confronted with wind, marshes, and heavy rain. And since Pataugas has been exploring natural and urban paths for the pleasure of all walkers for more than 70 years, it is quite natural that our two universes met for a collaboration that emphasizes functionality and the outdoors.
+Fit and sizing
We find all the attributes of a traditional work jacket: a straight cut, three patch pockets, exposed buttoning with natural corozo buttons, an unlined interior and double folded seams for a solidity that will stand up to any challenge. The detail that makes the difference? One of the pockets was made in the famous British Millerain coated fabric.

Alexa is 1,75m and wears a size 44. Our model is unisex but is based on the size of our men's jackets. For a woman's size we recommend a size 42 (which will fit a woman's size 38), a size 44 (which will fit a woman's size 40/42) or a size 46 (which will fit a woman's size 44).
+Manufacturing
Our work jacket was entirely designed and imagined in our botanical HQ in Brittany and crafted with passion and mastery by our partner factory in France. We went to one of the last moleskin weavers in France to find the fabric. For the pocket made of waxed cotton we chose an English fabric, from British Millerain: simply the best waxed cotton in the world. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the quality of working conditions and environmental standards of our partners. Material & care
Our real work jacket is made of the famous French moleskine that has been manufactured by the same workshop in France for over 100 years. We couldn't find a more solid material than moleskin: its very tight weave in a satin weave gives it outstanding resistance properties. Tinker, garden, sweat as much as you want, our jacket is really made to last a lifetime! One of the pockets is made of British Millerain waxed cotton with exceptional weather resistant properties. It can be machine washed at 30°C and dried hanging on a thread, after being put back in shape, in the sun, between two apple trees (or on a hanger at home, if not).
