When we imagined Roanne we wanted a very "DNA" shirt-dress, worthy of our great workwear heritage: beautiful contrasting stitching, a beautiful Japanese fabric and a chic and timeless shape.
+Fit and sizing
Roanne is a shirt dress, it is belted at the waist by a matching belt and it has a large lapel at the bottom that gives it character. There is contrasting stitching on the pockets, placket and collar. It has a cutout in the middle back with a slit at the bottom of the back for more flexibility in movement. To respect its cut, we advise you to opt for your usual size.

+Manufacturing
Our Roanne dress was entirely designed and imagined in our botanical HQ in Brittany and made by our partner factory. We went to one of the best Japanese weavers to get its fabric. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the good working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.
55% linen and 45% cotton
Material & care
Roanne is made of a clever mix of linen and cotton. Linen is an ideal material for spring and summer because it is thermoregulatory: it gives a feeling of freshness in summer while absorbing moisture and perspiration. Its mix with cotton allows an absolute comfort as well as a nice maintenance of the fabric. Roanne is machine washable at 30°C and can be dried hanging on a thread, after having been reshaped, in the sun, between two apple trees (or on a hanger at home, if not).
