When we imagined Clothilde we wanted a very "DNA" shirt, worthy of our great workwear heritage: beautiful contrasting stitching, a beautiful Japanese fabric that has hold and a generous and timeless shape.
+Fit and sizing
Clothilde has a fairly loose straight cut, its thick fabric and its straight cut at the bottom allow it to be worn as a shirt or an overshirt. There is contrasting stitching on the pocket, the button placket and on the Mao collar. To respect its cut, we advise you to choose your usual size.

+Manufacturing
Our Clothilde shirt was entirely designed and imagined in our botanical HQ in Brittany and made by our partner factory. We went to one of the best Japanese weavers to find the fabric. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the good working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.
55% linen and 45% cotton
Material & care
Clothilde was made in a clever mix of linen and cotton, with a very good fit. Linen is an ideal material for spring and summer because it is thermoregulatory: it gives a feeling of freshness in summer while absorbing moisture and perspiration. Its mix with cotton allows an absolute comfort as well as a nice maintenance of the fabric. Clothilde is machine washable at 30°C and can be dried hanging on a thread, after having been reshaped, in the sun, between two apple trees (or on a hanger at home, if not).
