Jolan is THE adventurous skirt par excellence: a large gusseted pocket on one side to put all your finds, slightly contrasting stitching, a high waist without forgetting its beautiful French linen / cotton fabric to face the strong summer heat (Because yes: even in Brittany it happens to us to be hot!)

Our Jolan skirt was entirely conceived and imagined in our botanical HQ in Brittany. Then, we went to get its fabric from one of the best French weavers to have it made in Europe by the expert hands of our partner company's teams. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the quality of working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.

Material & care
Our Jolan skirt has been made from a clever blend of cotton and linen certified BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) and Oeko-Tex. Linen is an ideal material for summer because it is thermoregulatory: it gives a feeling of freshness in summer while absorbing moisture and perspiration. Its mixture with cotton allows an absolute comfort as well as a nice maintenance of the fabric. It is a "bachette" type fabric: a thick cotton fabric with great resistance. The mix of cotton and linen gives the fabric an authentic workwear look. The detail that makes the difference? Its French corozo buttons with a beautiful burned effect on the edge. Piper is machine washable at 30°C and can be dried hanging on a thread, after having been reshaped, in the sun, between two apple trees (or on a hanger at home, if not).
