The general terms and conditions of sale in physical stores are different from our website; an item purchased in-store is non-refundable.

International Shipments and Customs (DDU): All shipments outside the European Union are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that customs fees, local taxes (e.g., Swiss VAT, GST, etc.), import duties, and carrier collection fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Le Mont Saint Michel is unable to estimate these costs. If these duties and taxes are refused by the customer upon delivery and the package is returned to us, the return costs as well as any customs fees charged to Trade & Factory will be deducted from the refund amount.
In accordance with international laws, all orders are shipped from France with an official invoice declaring the exact value of the merchandise in euros (€). It is illegal to declare lower values or items as gifts.
Payment for products and delivery costs can be made using the following methods:
Trade & Factory undertakes to use the most efficient and secure methods available for transferring data and payment for each transaction. All credit card transactions on this site will be processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your data on a secure server. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon confirmation of your order.
Trade & Factory will send you a confirmation email of your purchase within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation, including your order number. This confirmation does not serve as an invoice but only as proof of purchase.
The invoice corresponding to your purchase will be available on lemontsaintmichel.fr in the “My Account: Orders” section. It will also be included in the order and shipping confirmation emails.
Credit card fraud is a crime, and Trade & Factory will prosecute anyone who carries out a fraudulent credit card transaction in our store.
Trade & Factory undertakes to deliver products in perfect condition. Trade & Factory does not allow address changes once the package has left our facilities. To optimize the delivery service, we recommend providing an address where the goods can be delivered during working hours.
Delivery Zones: We ship worldwide, with the exception of South Korea (due to our exclusive partnership with a local distributor).
We are not responsible for delivery errors when the delivery address is incorrect, omitted, or modified by the customer during transit. If you are responsible for the failed delivery (address error or failure to collect within the allotted 15-day period from the post office), return costs will be at your expense.
The maximum delivery time is thirty (30) days in accordance with the law. However, the usual delivery time for standard shipping is 2 to 4 business days in France and internationally. These times are averages and therefore only an estimate. Delivery times may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. Trade & Factory will inform customers as soon as possible in the event of a delay.
The order will be considered delivered when the carrier hands over the order to you in accordance with the carrier’s tracking system.
In the event of a delivery delay attributable to Trade & Factory, you may cancel your order within 48 hours. In this case, delivery and return costs will not be at your expense. A delivery is not considered delayed if the order arrived on time but could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the user.
Trade & Factory is not responsible for any delays generated by the customs of each country. However, it is our responsibility to make customs declarations for each package. Specifically for the United Kingdom, any refusal of goods due to taxes deemed too high resulting in return costs higher than the product’s value may lead to the destruction of the package by customs; no refund will be issued in such cases.
You must contact us if the order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipment. If you do not contact us, the order will be returned to the Trade & Factory warehouse 10 days after shipment, and delivery, return, and any administrative fees will be at your expense.
In the event of a lost package or a package marked as delivered but not received by the customer, a claim procedure will be initiated with the carrier. The steps to follow are:

All items offered on lemontsaintmichel.fr are 100% authentic.
In the event that a product purchased on lemontsaintmichel.fr deteriorates within two years of receiving the item, it will be considered defective and may be returned for repair by the supplier.
Once the item is received at the Trade & Factory premises, it will undergo an appropriate quality control check. In the absence of any other previously reported damage, the item will be sent to the supplier for repair. After the repair, the item will be returned to Trade & Factory and then back to the user. The repair time depends on the supplier, and Trade & Factory is not responsible for this timeframe.
If a product is declared deteriorated or requires repair, Le Mont Saint Michel reserves the right to judge the condition of the product and the validity of the claim. This evaluation is conducted by our quality control team.
Return costs for repair and the subsequent return to the customer are at the consumer’s expense, unless they received a defective or incorrect product. Defective or incorrect items must be reported to lemontsaintmichel.fr within 48 hours and can be returned within 14 days as stipulated in the current Return Policy. The user may opt for an exchange for another product or a full refund of the amount paid.
Imperfections due to misuse or handling of products or wear and tear produced by normal use are not covered by the warranty. Before being shipped, each item undergoes an exhaustive quality control during which our logistics team carefully checks the product and photographs it to ensure it meets the standards to be delivered to our customers. This information must be kept in mind when users report a delivered item as damaged or defective.
Sale items may show slight marks due to normal use during display in one of our physical stores. This may be one of the reasons why such a product is reduced in price and will not be considered a flaw or defective.
You have fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange of the order. The return procedure is carried out via the dedicated link provided on our site (Shipping and Returns section).
Return Costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the goods are defective or incorrect). These costs will be automatically deducted from your refund according to the following scale:
France: €6 per return
European Union: €14 per return
Other countries: €35 per return
Trade & Factory offers free exchanges (size/color): we cover the shipping of the new item, but the initial return procedure remains subject to the conditions above.
For a return to be accepted, the returned products must:
Be in the same condition as they were delivered, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Be returned in the same protective box in which they were received, or in a similar protective box ensuring the product arrives safely.
Include the receipt or delivery note in the package.
If the above requirements are met, Trade & Factory will proceed with the refund upon receipt and verification of the items. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Initial customs fees are not refunded by Trade & Factory.
Returns for exchange must be made within fourteen days of receiving the returned product. Items ordered exclusively at the user’s request may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the current return policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These general terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between Trade & Factory and the Buyer are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to mediation. Alternatively, the consumer may bring the case before the jurisdiction of their choice. However, Trade & Factory is always open to seeking an amicable solution before any legal action.
Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are subject to the same return and warranty conditions as other items, unless otherwise stated. Reductions applied during sales or promotions cannot be combined with other offers or promotional codes, unless expressly mentioned on the lemontsaintmichel.fr website. Sale items may show slight imperfections due to display in physical stores or remaining stock. These slight imperfections will not be considered defects justifying a free return or exchange.
