Exchanges and returns

Shipping Delivery Zones

We ship worldwide, except for South Korea. If you can’t find your country at checkout, please contact our customer service at eshop@lemontsaintmichel.fr.

Due to our exclusive partnership with a local distributor in South Korea, we cannot ship directly to this country. To purchase our products in South Korea, please visit our official partner at lmsm.co.kr.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information to monitor your order more precisely. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs in each country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed the next business day, Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays are processed the next business day. Orders are processed from France in Brittany. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will inform you by email or phone.

Shipping Options

We offer different shipping options with UPS and Colissimo. Delivery charges via UPS and Colissimo are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination country. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout when selecting the carrier.

Shipping is free for orders over 500 euros.

UPS

In France and Monaco: between 14 euros and 20 euros

In Germany: between 14 euros and 17 euros

In Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands: between 10 euros and 14 euros

In the United Kingdom: between 29 euros and 39 euros

In Spain: between 12 euros and 16 euros

In Ireland, Portugal, Italy, and Austria: between 14 euros and 17 euros

In Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and China: between 70 euros and 145 euros

In Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Slovenia: between 14 euros and 19 euros

In Switzerland: between 20 euros and 29 euros

In Norway and Andorra: between 24 euros and 43 euros

UPS Standard and UPS Saver

UPS Standard: An economical delivery service offering a reliable solution for less urgent shipments.

UPS Saver: A faster delivery service offering reduced delivery times for urgent shipments. Available for Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Norway, Andorra, the USA, Canada, Australia, and other major exports.

Colissimo

In France, Monaco, and Corsica:

Without signature: between 9 and 14 euros

With signature: between 10 and 15 euros (mandatory for amounts over 400 euros)

Pickup point in France, Monaco, and Corsica: between 7 and 13 euros

VAT and Customs Fees

VAT is included in our prices for deliveries within France and the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted from your order total when the delivery address is added. However, customs fees, taxes, duties, and collection charges remain the responsibility of the customer. For more information on potential fees, please contact the shipping company or customs in your country.

International Shipping

All international shipments are sent DDU (delivery duties unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where duties and taxes are refused and the package is returned, return fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting your country’s customs office for more information, as Le Mont Saint Michel cannot estimate the duties or taxes that may be incurred.

Liabilities

Le Mont Saint Michel cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or payment processing delays. If your order is not collected and returned to us, any additional fees will be charged to you.

Order Tracking and Receipt

You can track your order’s progress and see the delivery status via the link provided in the shipping email. If you are absent and unable to sign for the package, a notice will be left in your mailbox. From the following day, your package will be available for collection at your post office for 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us. If you are responsible for incorrect delivery due to an address error or failure to collect within the allotted time, return fees will be charged to you.

Customs and Taxes

European Union: There are no customs duties for deliveries within the European Union.

Outside the European Union: Purchases outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties. Please check with your country’s customs office for applicable duties and taxes. Customs duties are always the buyer’s responsibility.

United States

Customs duties apply to orders over 800 USD, including shipping and insurance costs.

United Kingdom

Importing goods into the United Kingdom is subject to customs duties above 135 GBP/150 EUR. Orders to the United Kingdom are final and non-exchangeable or non-returnable. Any refusal of goods due to high taxes will result in the destruction of the package by UK customs.

Switzerland

Products shipped to Switzerland are not subject to French VAT. VAT will be deducted from your order total when the delivery address is added. Upon import into Switzerland, products are subject to Swiss VAT, usually at a rate of 7.7%. This VAT will be calculated on the total order value, including shipping and insurance costs. In addition to VAT, customs duties may apply depending on the nature and value of the products. Customs processing fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.

Canada

Products shipped to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) depending on the destination province. In addition to these taxes, customs duties may apply depending on the value and nature of the products. Customs processing fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.

Australia

Products shipped to Australia valued at over 1,000 AUD are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) and may also be subject to customs duties. Customs processing fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.

Japan

Products shipped to Japan may be subject to the consumption tax, usually at a rate of 10%. Customs duties may also apply depending on the nature and value of the products. Customs processing fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.

Brazil

Products shipped to Brazil may be subject to ICMS (Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços) and customs duties. Customs processing fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer. It is important to note that customs procedures in Brazil can be particularly strict and complex.

Returns and Exchanges Return Policy

We hope you love your new products, but if for any reason you wish to make a return, please follow our instructions below. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to decide whether to keep, exchange, or return your order.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, with their original packaging and attached tags. Items that are used, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Return Procedure

Click on the following link: https://returns.byrever.com/lemontsaintmichel no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.

Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order.

Follow the instructions for the refund or exchange and indicate the reason.

Choose whether you want home pickup or drop-off at a pickup point.

Print the return label. It is valid for 48 hours after issuance.

Carefully pack your item, unworn and unwashed with its tag.

Include your delivery note with your name, first name, and order number in the package.

Post the package within 48 hours.

At the end of the procedure, in the “summary” section, you will find the return cost. You won’t have to pay anything at that moment. Return fees will be deducted at the time of refund. Return fees are the customer’s responsibility. If a product is deemed defective, Le Mont Saint Michel will cover the full cost of return and/or exchange.

Return Costs

France: 6 € per return.

European Union: 14 € per return.

Other countries: 35 € per return.

Exchanges

To change the size or color of your item, please follow the return procedure mentioned above. We offer free exchanges and do not accept exchanges/returns beyond 14 days after receipt.

Complaints

If you received a defective or incorrect item (wrong size, color, or faulty product), please click on the following link and follow the steps to make a complaint. Attach a photo of the defect and choose the “complaint” tab at the top. Once your complaint is submitted, we will respond with additional shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received and verified the returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is made. If an incorrect amount has been refunded, please contact us at eshop@lemontsaintmichel.fr.
