As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with tracking information to follow your order accurately. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures in each country.
Orders are processed the following business day, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders are processed from France, in Brittany. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will inform you by email or telephone.
We offer various shipping options via UPS and Colissimo. Shipping costs for UPS and Colissimo are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination country. Shipping times will be provided at the time of payment and carrier selection.
Shipping is free for orders over 500 euros.
VAT is included in our prices for deliveries within France and the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted from the price of your order when the delivery address is added. However, customs fees, taxes, duties, and collection fees remain the responsibility of the customer. For more information on potential costs, please contact the shipping company or the customs office in your country.
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where duties and taxes are refused and the package is returned, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend contacting your country’s customs office for more information, as Le Mont Saint Michel is unable to estimate the duties or taxes that may be incurred.
Le Mont Saint Michel cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or payment processing operations. If your order is not collected and is returned to us, any additional costs will be charged to you.
You can track the progress of your order and see the delivery status through the link you received by email at the time of shipment. If you are absent and cannot provide a signature, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Starting the following day, your package will be available for collection at your local post office for 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us. If you are responsible for a delivery failure due to an address error or failure to collect the package within the time limit, return costs will be at your expense.
There are no customs fees for deliveries within the European Union.
Purchases outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees. Please check with your country’s customs office for applicable duties and taxes. Customs fees are always the responsibility of the buyer.

Goods entering the United Kingdom are subject to customs duties above 135 GBP/150 EUR. Orders for the UK are firm and final, with no possibility of exchange or return. Any refusal of goods due to high taxes will result in the destruction of the package by UK customs.
Products shipped to Switzerland are not subject to French VAT. VAT will be deducted from your order total when the delivery address is added. Upon import into Switzerland, products are subject to Swiss VAT, generally at a rate of 8.1%. This VAT will be calculated on the total value of the order, including shipping and insurance costs. In addition to VAT, customs duties may apply depending on the nature and value of the products. Rates vary by product category and are set by the Swiss Federal Office for Customs and Border Security. Customs handling fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.
Products shipped to Canada may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), or Provincial Sales Tax (PST) depending on the destination province. In addition to these taxes, customs duties may apply based on the value and nature of the products. Customs handling fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.
Products shipped to Australia with a value exceeding 1,000 AUD are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) and may also be subject to customs duties. Customs handling fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.
Products shipped to Japan may be subject to consumption tax, generally at a rate of 10%. Customs duties may also apply depending on the nature and value of the products. Customs handling fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.
Products shipped to Brazil may be subject to ICMS (Imposto sobre Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços) and customs duties. Customs handling fees charged by carriers are also the responsibility of the customer. It is important to note that customs formalities in Brazil can be particularly strict and complex.
We hope you love your new products, but if for any reason you wish to make a return, please follow our instructions below. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to decide if you want to keep your order, exchange it, or return it.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, with their original packaging and tags attached. Items that have been used, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may be rejected and returned to the customer.
If you encounter any difficulties or have questions regarding returns, our customer support team is available to help. Contact us at help@itsrever.com. At the end of the procedure, in the “summary” section, you will find the cost of the return. You will not have to pay anything at that time. We will deduct the return costs at the time of the refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that a product is deemed defective, Le Mont Saint Michel will cover all return and/or exchange costs.
To change the size or color of your item, please follow the return procedure mentioned above. We offer free exchanges and do not accept exchanges/returns beyond 14 days after receipt.
If you have received an item with defects or an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or defective product), please click on the following link and follow the steps to make a claim. Attach a photo of the defect and select the “claim” tab at the top. Once your claim is submitted, we will respond with further shipping instructions.
The refund will be processed as soon as we have received and verified the returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed. In the event of an incorrect refund amount, please contact us at eshop@lemontsaintmichel.fr.
