There is a 14-day period after the delivery date of an order to ask for a return of any item contained within that same order. However, please note that during the holiday season or other specific events mentioned on our website, we may extend this return period to accommodate our customers' needs. This extended return policy is our way of ensuring that you have ample time to evaluate your purchases, especially during these busy periods. Keep an eye on our website for any updates regarding extended return periods during special occasions.
In order for the product to be deemed as returnable, it must be in the same state as it was bought, with no signs of usage and the original label attached. Exchanged products must not have been worn or washed, and they must be returned in their original packaging with the hangtag attached. Additionally, they should be fully covered by an outer packaging. These items must not show any signs of use and must include all of their accessories.
Personalized or custom-made products are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Please note that returns on our website are exclusively for purchases made on our website.
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
- Click the following link : https://returns.byrever.com/lemontsaintmichel no later than 14 wording days from the date you received the product.
- Put your order number and order e-mail. You will be redirected to a page containing your purchase information, where you will be asked to select the compensation and logistics information related to your return.
- Follow the steps : refund/exchange and reason.
- Choose if you want a home pickup or pick up point.
Do I have to pay anything for a return?
At the end of the process in « summary », you will find the cost of the return. You Will not have to pay anything at that moment. We Will deduct the return free at the moment of the refund.
Returns Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer in France and abroad.
- Returns of orders from France have a cost of €6 per return.
- Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of 14€ per return.
- Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of 35€ per return.
In cases where a product is deemed defective, Le Mont Saint Michel shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
Important : Until such Time as We receive an item in our store in remains the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, if the item returned has been worn or has some stains, We Will not be able to process the return.
How Will I receive my refund?
- Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase Will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
When Will I receive my refund?
- Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you Will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you of the amount that Will be credited to your account.
What happens if the refunded amount is incorrect?

In the event that Le Mont Saint Michel has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at eshop@lemontsaintmichel.fr to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases, Le Mont Saint Michel shall bear the Costs of both shipping and return.
For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the Cost of return shipping should this be necessary.

In-store Returns and Exchanges:
At Le Mont Saint Michel, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by offering flexible options for exchanges and returns.
Here are our conditions:
- Exchanges within 14 days: Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds are provided under our exchange policy.
- Extended returns for Workwear items: For Workwear items, we offer the option to return products within an extended period, up to one month after purchase. We simply ask our customers to inform us so that we can reserve the desired new size. Exchanges are allowed in this case.
- Creation of a personalized credit note: If a customer does not find a suitable item during the exchange, we offer to create a personalized credit note. This credit note is valid for 6 months and can be used for a future in-store purchase only.
- All exchange conditions are clearly stated on the receipt as well as on a document provided at the checkout during purchase.
