For an old school workwear look, our Genuine Work Jacket is now available in a Vintage Washed version: an exceptional wash, made to reproduce the style of our vintage garments, which had sometimes been worn for long decades of hard work. Token of authenticity, it gives this garment unmatched look and comfort.
+Fit and sizing
It has all the core features of a traditional work jacket: a straight fit, three patch pockets, a French button placket with natural corozo buttons, it’s unlined, lapped seams with two-needle stitching to make it really hard-wearing. On the inside of our work jackets you’ll find a hand-numbered label which makes it really unique.

+Manufacturing
Our Work Jacket has been entirely conceived and designed in our botanic HQ in Brittany, and carefully & passionately made by our factory partner. We got the fabric from one of the last moleskin weaver in France. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the quality of working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.
100% cotton moleskine
Material & care
Our Genuine Work Jacket has been made in the same famous French moleskin fabric, made by the same fabric mill in France, for more than 100 years. We never found a better fabric for durability: it has a very tight weave quite similar to sattin which makes it really extraordinarily strong. Do some handwork, some gardening, sweat as much as you want, this jacket is made to last a lifetime! The Work Jacket is machine-washable at 30°C and you can dry it on a clothesline after putting it back in shape, under the sun, between two apple trees (otherwise at home on a hanger).
