Reconnecting with our history, the VILHELM smock from Le Mont St Michel is a tribute to our ancestral craftsmanship, originally made 60 years ago under the name "Marinière". This year, we reintroduce this archive model with a French fabric from organic and recycled agriculture. Legendary among sailors and designed for durability, this smock represents a pillar of functionality and eco-responsibility.
+Fit and sizing
Modernized for everyday use, the smock features a straight collar with a traditional opening secured by an inner button to prevent snags. Its cut is deliberately wide for optimal comfort. Unisex, it is particularly large, so for women, we recommend choosing one size smaller than usual.

Material & care
Made from 72% recycled cotton, 23% recycled polyester, and 5% other recycled fibers, our smock is the result of using the most eco-responsible materials to date. The fabric, woven in a French factory over 120 years old, significantly reduces CO2 emissions compared to similar fabrics produced in China. Certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and Global Recycled Standard, it ensures a low environmental footprint. The white smocks are also produced with a blend of organic and recycled cotton. They require machine washing at 30°C and sun-drying to maintain their shape.
