Because we are proud of our Breton origins, we wanted to offer you this winter an essential and timeless piece of the women's wardrobe: the pea coat. Directly inspired by the traditional marine coats, but updated.
+Fit and sizing
Our Maelig coat has all the attributes of a pea coat: a large double-breasted tailoring collar, double-breasted buttoning, a slightly boxy straight cut and a lapel at the bottom of the sleeves. For soft and round shoulders, Maelig has no armholes. We advise you to take your usual size.
+Manufacturing
Our pea coat has been entirely designed in our botanical HQ in Brittany and manufactured with passion and know-how by our partner factory. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the good working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.

Dry cleaning
Material & care
Our Maelig coat is made of a beautiful woolen fabric called "double-face": a very high quality fabric, woven on both sides and hand sewn: with such a fabric there is no need for a lining! The interior is provided with beautiful trimmings. To take care of your Maelig coat, we recommend that you take it to the dry cleaner for a gentle dry cleaning.
