Vaclav is an adventurer's jacket, an artist's jacket! In the tradition of our famous work jackets, Vaclav is proposed in a pleasant cotton and linen fabric that is both solid and supple when worn.
Vaclav is a work jacket that is both summery and very practical: a linen blend fabric ideal for summer, two side pockets with flaps, very comfortable wide sleeves, not to mention its slightly contrasting stitching.
+Fit and sizing
We find the spirit of a work jacket but in a more summery version: wider sleeves for more comfort, a light fabric well adapted to spring and early summer.

+Manufacturing
Our Vaclav jacket was entirely conceived and designed in our botanical HQ in Brittany. Then, we went to get its fabric from one of the best French weavers to have it made in Europe by our partner factory. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the quality of working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.

Material & care
Vaclav is made from a blend of cotton and linen certified by BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) and Oeko-Tex. Linen is an ideal material for spring and summer because it is thermoregulatory: it gives a feeling of freshness in summer while absorbing moisture and perspiration. Its mix with cotton allows an absolute comfort as well as a nice maintenance of the fabric. It is a "bachette" type fabric: a thick cotton fabric with great resistance. The mix of cotton and linen gives the fabric an authentic workwear look. A detail that makes the difference: its corozo buttons with a beautiful burned effect on the edge, pocket flaps to avoid losing anything. Vaclav is machine washable at 30°C and can be dried hanging on a thread, after having been reshaped, in the sun, between two apple trees (or on a hanger at home, if not).
