For our Gaumia alpaca cardigan we used our famous "bubble" knit: a knit not to be missed at Mont Saint Michel with its diamond-shaped relief which gives it all its character.

Our Gaumia cardigan has raglan sleeves and a nice round neck. We advise you to choose your usual size.

+Manufacturing
Our Gaumia cardigan was entirely designed in our botanical HQ in Brittany and knitted in Europe by the expert hands of Cristina's team, our long-time partner. We went to one of the Italian spinners to find her yarn. Our workshops have all been audited by independent organizations and we regularly check the good working conditions and environmental standards of our partners.
37% superfine alpaca, 18% merino wool and 45% acrylic
Hand wash or machine wash: hand wash cycle/wool cycle, cold water, with a soft laundry detergent, minimum spin (600) or none, dry flat.
Material & care
Our Gaumia cardigan has been knitted in a soft blend of alpaca and merino wool which gives it outstanding thermal properties. The alpaca gives it softness to prevent the wool from scratching you and gives it that puffy, fluffy look. Gaumia can be washed gently by hand in cold water or by machine with a hand/wool program, cold, with a mild detergent such as Mir Laine and a minimum spin cycle (600). Then it can be dried flat to prevent the knitwear from deforming.
